Pro Cheer offers tumbling classes for all ages and skill levels. Sessions will run approximately 12 weeks and cost $180.00 for the three month session. All athletes will be evaluated at the beginning and end of each session and a recommendation will be handed out for each student to stay at the same level or move up to a new class for following session. Sessions are as follows: Fall (Aug. Sept. Oct.), Winter (Nov. Dec. Jan.) Spring (Feb. Mar. April), and Summer (May, June, July). We break our classes by age and skill level. A detailed description of expectations and of each class offered can be found below.
Spring SESSION times and class offerings are posted on the sign up sheet. Registration opens Monday, February 3rd, and will be on a first come first serve basis. The only way to reserve your spot in any class is to turn in the bottom portion of your Spring_Tumbling_Session_2020.pdf with payment to the front desk. Registrations will be accepted throughout the session.
Tumbling Class Expectations
Class Schedule: 5 to 10 minutes of running and stretching 20 to 25 minutes of fundamentals and warm-up skills 20 to 25 minutes of drills and spotted specific skills and up to 5 minutes of conditioning. All tumbling classes
will keep a strict 8:1 ratio of students to instructor.
